Some very crazy and scary thingy, right?
I’m sure some of you might have heard of it by now.
As rare as it is, it still happens. It is a medical condition known as POSTURAL ORTHOSTATIC TACHYCARDIA SYNDROME (POTS).
The other day, a popular Nigerian doctor on Twitter, Dr Olufunmilayo, tweeted about it, and it got some people shocked.
This kinda shit can happen o!
The babe would be collecting “nacks” via missionary, and then she suddenly decides to ride the guy as per cowgirl or reverse cowgirl, before you know it, she starts to feel lightheaded, her heart is beating fast, eyes turning her badly. Next thing, she collapses.

Then a few moments later, she wakes up.
Guy man prick go flatten by force 😂😂😂, and before you know it, the scared guy would dub the babe an OGBANJE and warn her never to come see him again.

POTS is a medical condition that arises because the body fails to control the blood pressure well when someone changes position (dysautonomia).
It is not usually a fatal condition.
In such people, the blood pressure usually drops significantly when they change from a lying position to a standing or sitting position. They usually have symptoms like palpitations, dizziness, lightheadedness, chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting, fainting spells, etc
It is commoner in women between 15 -45 years and is not usually fatal.
Usually it is relieved when the babe lies down back again. Some studies encourage the use of diet, exercise and medications as possible treatment methods.
However, as a rule:
~ Don’t stand up for too long
~ Eat fewer meals and less carbohydrates
~ Avoid caffeine
~ Increase fluid and salt intake
